Solarstream Limited is a PV solar installation company. Solarstream install solar systems on commercial and residential rooftops across the island of Ireland. They are experienced energy professionals with a strong track record.
The investments were completed in the form of a subscription for B ordinary shares in the company, with the investment being a qualifying investment under the EIIS Programme.
The investment is underpinned by an asset backed portfolio of installed PV solar infrastructure coupled with a 25-year annuity income; thus, giving a secure and easily realisable asset class.
Solarstream raised just over €3m under EIIS, €1.7m of which was raised by Green Crowd. They have successfully exited investors from 2017, 2018 and 2019.
