Equity Crowdfunding

Raise growth or development capital from Green Crowd’s network of private investors through the issue of shares or other eligible transferable securities.

Green Crowd can support the structuring, preparation and management of the fundraising process from initial assessment through to completion.

EIIS Fundraising

Where a company and proposed investment qualify for the Employment Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS), Green Crowd can manage the fundraising and associated investor administration.

This can include preparation of investor documentation, management of subscriptions, share documentation and EIIS administration.

Project & Infrastructure Investment

We have particular experience in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure opportunities, including the development, construction and acquisition of income-generating assets.
