EIIS 2022 Private Placement Opportunities Webinar

Green Crowd held our annual EIIS Private Placement Opportunities webinar on 7 December. In 2022, there were three companies seeking investment under EIIS: Avoncourt Building & Construction Limited, Green Tech Distributors Limited and Batterybox Technologies Limited. All three companies had a successful fundraising round.

The Key Features of the Investments are:

1. Tax Relief on the Investment at the 40% Tax Rate in Year 1.
2. An expected 10% to 16% Exit Bonus on repayment of your investment.
3. An ethical and sustainable investment in ‘Green’ Projects.
4. A unique opportunity to invest in expanding Irish businesses and receive tax relief of up to 40% on your income (including PAYE income, rental income and pension income).
5. Investment amounts are from €10,000 to €250,000 per annum, with a four-year holding period.
6. NO fees are payable by the Investor at any time.
